This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at BLACKHYPE. It is designed to be clear, transparent, and compliant with common e-commerce advertising requirements.

3) Eligibility for Returns (30 Days)

You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • be unused and in resellable condition;
  • have all original tags attached (if applicable);
  • be returned with original packaging (and any included accessories);
  • be returned following the instructions provided by our support team.

If the returned item shows signs of use, damage not related to manufacturing defect, missing tags, or incomplete packaging, we may refuse the return or apply a partial refund where permitted by law.


4) How to Start a Return

To start a return request, email support@blackhypeworld.com with:

  • your order number;
  • the email used at checkout;
  • the item(s) you want to return;
  • the reason for the return (optional but helpful).

We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


5) Return Shipping Costs

BLACKHYPE covers return shipping for eligible returns. Depending on your location, we may provide a return label or a recommended return method.

You remain responsible for ensuring the parcel is packed securely and returned according to our instructions.


6) Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange (e.g., size swap) and stock is available, we can assist. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or process a refund.


7) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider.

Important: If you request a refund for an eligible return, the item must be returned within the return process instructions we provide.


8) Defective / Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at support@blackhypeworld.com as soon as possible and include clear photos.

After review, you may choose:

  • Replacement: We dispatch a replacement within 3–5 business days after confirmation, plus the standard delivery time for your region.
  • Refund: If approved, we process the refund within 24 hours of your refund request approval.

9) Personalized Items

Personalized items (e.g., name/number) are eligible for return only if:

  • there is a manufacturing defect; or
  • the personalization delivered differs from the confirmed order details.

If personalization has already started, changes/cancellations are allowed only within 2 business days from purchase, provided the order has not been dispatched and personalization has not begun.


10) Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. If the order has shipped, it will need to follow the return process after delivery.


11) Refund Timing & Bank Processing

Approved refunds are initiated by BLACKHYPE according to this Policy. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


12) Non-Returnable Situations (Examples)

Returns may be refused if:

  • the item is used, washed, or not in resellable condition;
  • tags/packaging are missing or incomplete;
  • the return request is made after 30 days from delivery;
  • the issue is not a manufacturing defect for personalized items.
