These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any related services (the “Site”), as well as any purchases you make from BLACKHYPE.

2) Use of the Site

You agree to use our Site only in a lawful manner and in compliance with these Terms. You must not attempt to interfere with the Site, introduce malicious code (including viruses), or use any automated method to scrape or misuse our content or systems.

Products and services are provided for personal use. Commercial redistribution is not permitted without our written permission.

3) Product Images & Display

Product images shown on the Site, ads, and catalogs are for illustrative purposes. Colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or batch variations. Pre-order items may be displayed using a reference sample; the final delivered item may have minor differences.

4) Account, Reviews & User Content

Customers may post reviews, photos, and other content (“User Content”) where enabled. By submitting User Content, you confirm you have the rights to share it and grant BLACKHYPE a non-exclusive permission to display it for marketing and store purposes (e.g., on product pages or ads), unless prohibited by law.

5) Orders, Acceptance & Contract

Placing an order on our Site is an offer to purchase. Order confirmation emails confirm receipt of your order but do not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders (including high-volume or high-value orders) for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, system errors, pricing mistakes, or stock limitations.

If your order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded according to the refund method described in these Terms.

6) Pricing, Availability & Errors

We strive to keep product availability and pricing accurate. However, errors may occur. If we identify an error in price, description, or availability, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, or contact you with options where applicable.

7) Payments

We accept: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is captured at the time of purchase.

Klarna (Pay in 3): If available in your region, you may choose to pay in installments through Klarna. Klarna services are provided by Klarna and are subject to Klarna’s terms and privacy policy.

PayPal: PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s terms and privacy policy.

8) Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, dispatch may take longer than standard processing. Pre-order items have an extended dispatch time of up to 15 additional days before shipping (in addition to standard processing), depending on availability.

Estimated dates are not guarantees and can change due to supply chain and logistics factors.

9) Personalization

We offer personalization (e.g., name/number). You may request changes/cancellations for personalized orders within 2 business days of purchase, provided the item has not entered the personalization process.

Personalized items are eligible for return or replacement only in cases of manufacturing defect or if the personalization delivered differs from what was confirmed in the order.

10) Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally with tracking. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, or peak seasons.

Processing time: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Personalized items may add 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: typically 12–18 business days (Portugal and United Kingdom: 14–22 business days)
  • North America (Canada / United States / Mexico): 15–30 days
  • South America (Argentina): 15–30 days
  • Asia (Turkey / Saudi Arabia / Qatar / UAE): 12–18 days

Shipping costs: Free shipping for most destinations. A €10 shipping fee applies for selected destinations, including: Iceland, Albania, Austria, Finland, Poland, Romania, Malta, Faroe Islands, Slovenia, Serbia, Estonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for Asia destinations listed above.

Non-serviceable destinations: We do not ship to Russia, Vatican City, or Kosovo.

Carriers: We may use international partners such as CTT Express, DHL Express, Huaya Express, or equivalent carriers depending on destination and best route.

Tracking: A tracking number is provided for every order. You can track via our Site or through the carrier’s official tracking page.

Customs, duties & local taxes: If customs fees are requested, BLACKHYPE will cover these charges. Please contact support immediately if you receive a customs payment request.

11) Address Issues & Delivery Attempts

You may request an address change before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

If delivery fails or the address is incorrect, the carrier may hold the parcel for collection for a limited time (often up to 7 days) and/or attempt re-delivery. If the parcel returns to us due to failed delivery/collection, you may choose:

  • Reshipment (where applicable), or
  • Refund according to our Returns & Refunds section.

12) Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is treated as a return once delivered.

For personalized items, cancellations/changes are only possible within 2 business days and only if personalization has not started.

13) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in resellable condition, with original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs: BLACKHYPE covers return shipping for eligible returns (we will provide instructions and, when possible, a return method/label).

Refund timing: Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return eligibility requires the item to be unused and requested within 30 days.

Defective items: If you receive a defective product, send photos to our support email. You may choose:

  • Replacement: We dispatch within 3–5 business days after confirmation, plus the standard delivery timeframe for your region.
  • Refund: We process the refund within 24 hours after the refund request is approved.

Personalized items: Personalized items are returnable only in cases of manufacturing defect or if the delivered personalization differs from the confirmed order details.

14) Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions may be limited by time, stock, region, or product category. Unless stated otherwise, discounts do not apply retroactively to previous purchases. We may modify or end promotions at any time where legally permitted.

15) Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies (including analytics and advertising tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) to operate the Site, improve performance, and personalize marketing. For details, please see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (where applicable).

16) Intellectual Property

All Site content (including text, logos, design elements, and media) is owned by or licensed to BLACKHYPE and may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without written permission, except where allowed by law.

17) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BLACKHYPE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or delays outside our reasonable control (including carrier delays, customs processes, or force majeure events).

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, power/internet outages, or governmental actions.

19) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision.

20) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Where you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections under applicable UK law, which are not excluded by these Terms.
