01Which shirt will I get in my box?
It is a surprise, and that is the point. The Classic box mixes current-season, retro, national-team, name & number and special-edition shirts; the Retro box only has retro shirts; the New Season box only has 26/27 club kits and 2026 national-team kits. You choose the kit (1, 3 or 5 shirts) and the size of every shirt.
02Which clubs and national teams can come?
Clubs from around the world and national teams, within the categories of the box you choose. The photos on this page are examples from our catalogue, not a list of what you will receive.
03Where do you ship and how long does it take?
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment. Estimated delivery is 8 to 14 business days to Europe, North America, South America and Asia. Every order has a tracking number, sent by e-mail after dispatch.
Standard shipping is free to most destinations; a few countries pay €5, and express options may appear at checkout. The exact cost for your address is always shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
04Is it a good gift?
Yes. At checkout, just enter the address of the person receiving it. You pick the size of each shirt on the box page, so check their size first. If a size does not fit, our Return & Refund Policy allows a size exchange when stock is available.
05What about the quality of the shirts?
Every shirt is sent in the size you picked for it (see the size chart for measurements). If a shirt arrives defective or damaged, send photos to support@blackhypeworld.com and choose a replacement or a refund, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
06Can I exchange or return?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and we pay the return shipping for eligible returns. Size exchanges are possible when stock is available, and EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Shirts printed with a name or number follow the personalised-items rules of the policy.

07Which payment methods can I use?
Cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your country and device. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Prices at checkout are final: no customs fees on delivery.
08Do you control repeats?
Each shirt is a surprise, so repeats between orders cannot be ruled out. If there is a club or a shirt you would rather not receive, e-mail support@blackhypeworld.com with your order number before your order is dispatched.
