How does Klarna Pay in 3 work?

Klarna lets you split your purchase into 3 installments, when available in your region.

When you choose Klarna at checkout:

Your total may be split into 3 installments (depending on Klarna’s eligibility rules).
Klarna may perform an eligibility check.
Your installment schedule and payments are managed directly by Klarna.

If Klarna isn’t shown at checkout, it may not be available for your country, currency, or order total.

Why was my payment declined?

Declines are usually related to bank authorization, billing details, or security checks.

Common reasons include:

Insufficient funds or bank limits.
Incorrect billing address or card details.
Bank security checks (especially for international payments).
Browser/device issues at checkout.

Try again using a different payment method, verify your details, or contact your bank. If the issue continues, contact support.

I was charged but didn’t receive an order confirmation
