5. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We do, however, try to resolve every complaint directly and quickly - please write to us first.
6. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to support@blackhypeworld.com. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised - this includes shirts with a printed name or number.

We are an independent retailer of football supporter apparel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any football club, league or manufacturer.
All club names, crests, kit designs and manufacturer marks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
8. Liability for content and links
We take care that the content of this site is correct and up to date, but we give no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. Colours shown may differ from the actual product depending on your screen.
Our site may contain links to external websites. We have no influence over their content and accept no responsibility for it. Responsibility lies with the respective operator. If we become aware of an infringement, we will remove the link without delay.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Orders placed by consumers resident in the European Union are fulfilled by our EU establishment in Kassel, Germany, and EU consumer law applies to them.
This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
