1) Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
For personalized products, processing time may increase by 1 to 2 additional business days.
In case of stock unavailability, our team will contact the customer to offer either a product exchange or a full refund, according to the customer’s preference.
2) Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery times below are estimates and may vary due to logistical factors, customs procedures, or high-demand periods.
- Europe: 12 to 20 business days
- North America: 14 to 30 business days
- South America: 14 to 30 business days
- Asia: 12 to 18 business days

5) Shipping Carriers and Methods
We use fast and secure international air shipping methods through trusted logistics partners, including:

- DHL Express
- Huaya Express
The carrier is selected based on the destination and the most efficient available route.
6) Order Tracking
- All orders include a tracking number.
- The tracking code is automatically sent to the registered email after dispatch.
- Customers can track their shipment in real time.
7) Customs, Duties, and Local Taxes
Our shipments are sent without any additional charges to the customer.
If any customs fees or duties are requested, BLACKHYPE will be fully responsible for the payment.
8) Delivery Attempts and Incorrect Address
If the address is incorrect, the customer may collect the package at the nearest carrier agency within 7 days.
If the customer is unavailable, the carrier will attempt delivery up to two additional times.
If the package is not collected or delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and the customer may choose:
- Free reshipment, or
- A full refund of the amount paid.
